Daisy Paints – Refund & Return Policy

At Daisy Paints, we take immense pride in the quality of our premium emulsions and weather-shield coatings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate your return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The paint buckets or cans must be unopened, unused, and in the original sealed condition.

Due to quality control and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any paint cans that have been opened, broken seals, or tint-mixed custom colors.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the incorrect product/color:

Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact us within 48 hours at 

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund for any valid shipping damages or manufacturing defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-tinted or bespoke color mixes created specifically at your request.

Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (all sales on these items are final).

Items returned after 14 days from the delivery date.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (e.g., Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or EasyPaisa/JazzCash) within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Fees

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item sent), Daisy Paints will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.
